31 years back, when I started my journey oureducational system was at the mercy of very limited educational resources. There was a lot of stress for the students. Whole system was revolving around the rote learning other than lifelong learning. Moreover, standardized testing determines everything, and aptitude of students was not recognized outside the format.

Societal pressure to get into the "right schools", not only for the educational aspect but to ensure good job & in general, success in life was a great challenge. Very little incentives to take risks and follow own interests or encourage creativity for a child was hardly visible in the society. Conformist culture, which makes the system with lots of boundaries and barriers. It was quite suffocative!

This is a new era of education when we are implementing Blended Learning, Artificial Intelligence and NEP2020 in its true sense, I am feeling enthralled seeing a complete transformationof Indian Education system. But we have to move very sensitively while adapting all these practices. As per Gardner- Early theories of students’ Learning are so powerful and so difficult to supplant, Gardner calls them “engravings.” Our job as educators is to help students pick up more sophisticated ways of thinking—historical, philosophical, scientific, artistic, logical, and so on.
At Saviorswe propose to add a new page in the cause of excellence in Education. Emerging understanding of human mind and behavior can serve a major role towards the planning and implementation of an educationally more effective society. We also propose to create schools a place for students’ learning based on human values, culture and tradition.
